I got an acrylic refill with shellac and a design done. I absolutely love my nails so much, I was asked each step of the way if I was happy and she was so attentive when it came to how I wanted my design to turn out! I will definitely be going back for my next set
Been going to top nails for over a year to get dip nails, and they are truly the only salon I trust!!! The dip always lasts longer than 3 weeks, and the staff are so sweet. I’ve tried other salons, and they have never lasted as long as Top Nails Flora. They are the only nail salon I recommend!!
The best nail salon in Ottawa. They make sure you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in, consistently ask for reassurance in their work, and do their best to make conversation! Had a lovely experience with Tracy, but all the women were amazing! The care and effort they put into your nails is like no other. I had a shellac manicure done, and at first it looked beautiful. The nail artist was very kind and did exactly what I asked for. However, 2 days after the appointment, 2–3 of my nails started lifting from the tips. I called the salon and explained the situation, and they fixed it — thank you very much for that. Unfortunately, couple days after the fix, I experienced the same issue with other nails. Because it was the Christmas period, I wasn’t able to call again. Now it has been 10 days since my original appointment, and two of my nails have lifted completely from the base and the shellac has come off. This honestly disappointed me a lot. Normally, when I get a shellac manicure, it lasts 2–3 weeks without any issues. Yes, my nails grow, but the shellac stays intact. I had done my nails especially for New Year’s. As a solution, I tried to glue my lifted nails back down with clear polish—at least so they’d survive until New Year. :/ First photo: the day I’ve done my nails Other photos: today after 10 days. My absolute favourite salon in Ottawa and the only place I trust with my brows! I’ve been getting my nails done and eyebrows waxed by Lisa since 2019, and she is always so kind and accommodating. The salon is clean, bright and welcoming, and I always have a great experience with Tracy and Hanna as well. Great prices and excellent service!
